Great service! I purchased a pair of carbon MTB rimes for my wife and had night Owl Cycling build them into wheels. For their inaugural ride my wife used them in the 30 mile NW Epic race at Echo Valley in Chelan, WA where they performed perfectly. Great customer service, quality mechanics, and you can really tell that the Night Owl gang live and breath cycling.

Night Owl cycling was at the Gravel Gamblers event today. There was something wrong with my rear wheel and it was basically unusable. Kelly, the mechanic, took the wheel from his own bike, took the tire and cassette from mine and installed it on his wheel. Then mounted it on my bike and adjusted the brakes and Derailleur, all so I don't miss the ride. After the ride, he swapped them all back! What a guy! Saved my day! More power to your shop! Night Owl Cycling tuned up our bikes (which had been sitting in the garage for years) and got us back out on the road! I called Heidi and she squeezed me into Night Owl's schedule last minute so that we could have the bikes fixed before a 4th of July weekend camping trip. Night Owl's service was fast, friendly, and reasonably priced. We will definitely use Night Owl again!

This shop is a hidden gem! The owners are so helpful and friendly! My husband broke my sons bike by mistake trying to fix it himself and upon googling bike repair shops I found Night Owl! They had it fixed and ready to pick up in less than 24 hours and the price could not be beat! I highly recommend this shop. Small family ran and owned business definitely worth supporting!

I cannot say enough good things about Night Owl Cycling. The concierge service is a life saver to not have to run around to get my bike to the shop and back. They are fast, provide great service and very reasonable prices. I have been totally satisfied with the service they have provided for my new Transition MTB and my sons Yeti. I would highly recommend them.

I was completely unprepared when I got a flat tire, happened to google search bike shops, and assumed Night Owl was too good to be true. Not so! They squeezed me in to their busy day, picked me up, took me and my bike back to their shop, told me about their awesome new plans for their Epic shop, and got me back on my route within 30ish minutes. Outstanding experience! Rode the ferry over to Kitsap to participate in the Kitsap Color Classic ride. About 6 miles in I got a flat, only to discover that my tire was worn through. I made it back to the start of the ride, where Kelly was all set up. He had a spare tire in hand and got me back on my bike in no time at all. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about all things cycling. Would highly recommend Night Owl Cycling to anyone!

Night Owl Cycling is the best! From routine bike maintenance to building up my wheelset the service was spot on! Besides their mechanical expertise, they are a huge asset to the local bike community. They provide support services at local mountain bike events/races, and spend countless hours on trail work. You guys rock!

Owners Heidi and Kelly are so helpful and knowledgeable about all things biking! In addition to their bike repair shop they are developing their property with biking trails, so look forward to Night Owl Cycling becoming even more of a haven for trailriders in the future.

Great experience. My bike was damaged in my family's recent move and I reached out to Heidi for an estimate on what the repair would cost. She was quick to respond and get me my estimate so I could file my claim with the moving company. As soon as I received my reimbursement I contacted Heidi to have the work done and she quickly scheduled a time to pick up my bike and kept me updated on the repair and why it took longer than she expected to fix. Overall a great experience!

The concierge service can't be beat. The service work is done right the first time and delivered as promised. If you live in BI/Poulsbo/Kingston area you need to take advantage Night Owl!

Night Owl is the best. I called on July 4th and they fixed my bike same day. They even offered to come pick it up and deliver. My bike is much improved and the owners were fun to meet, too.
